This lightweight, switchmode amplifier has been designed
to the same high standards of reliability and sound quality that our
customers have come to expect of all MC2 Audio products.
Aimed at the touring market in particular, the E45 at 2250W/channel
into 4 ohms, built in a 2U chassis, has all the sonic qualities and
reliability of the MC and T Series amplifiers, without the physical
weight, making it an ideal choice for touring.
The switchmode power supply is capable of delivering high peaks without
any perceptible bass 'sag' at very low distortion and is kept within
its safe operating area by the new sophisticated MC2 'intelligent' limiter.
